About the role

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position at SusieCakes is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service, and/or retail industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
• Ability to train, coach, and counsel team members
• Exposure to financial and operational accountabilities
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
• Must have reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
• High school diploma or GED required

Skills

• Ability to speak, read, and write English
