Sigma Defense Systems is seeking a Tactical Relay Director to support enterprise-level program initiatives within the Department of Defense communications domain.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in Department of Defense Communications
  • Experience using Office 365
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven leadership abilities and a risk-management mindset
  • Understanding of program-management principles
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Management or Technical field of study
  • Active PMP certification or equivalent
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance (a clearance will not be sponsored)

Candidate Differentiators

  • Experience with Tactical Communications
  • Experience with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
  • Experience with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level program support to ensure successful implementation of Government-directed initiatives and activities affecting program infrastructure and systems
  • Deliver reports, updates, and status on all tasked deliverables; guide requirements definition, solution delivery, resource identification, and allocation; assist with overall oversight and management of approved task orders
  • Assist the Government in producing and reviewing program-specific documentation and requirements; attend councils, boards, working groups, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings
  • Provide monthly updates and invoices to the Government technical point of contact, proactively identifying any underrun/over-execution issues that may impact cost, performance, or timely completion of contracted activities

Pay

$137,000 – $265,000 annually
