Tactical Security Supervisor

Site Location: Portland, OR

Schedule

Set schedule with two shift times available (days of the week will be discussed at interview):

• Shift 1: 1st shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Shift 2: 2nd shift, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $35.40 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Possess an armed DPSST card
• One year of armed security experience

Qualifications

• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience (preferred)
• Supervisor role in the past is a plus

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
