Sigma Defense is seeking a SMWDC Tactical Analysis Center Specialist to join our team in Dahlgren NS, VA.

Requirements

• Experience as a Surface Warfare Officer
• Surface Warfare Enterprise experience
• Combat Systems experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher (clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytical and operational support for the Surface Warfare Enterprise
• Review shipboard combat systems data, validate configurations, assess use of published TTPs, and provide actionable fleet feedback
• Analyze technical data and solutions using tools such as DCD/ECS, PMA, ATRT, TIMBER, and FDC STORM
• Coordinate with program offices and combat system developers to identify technical issues, assess operational impact, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Draft and review white papers, SOPs, OPORDERs, OPTASKs, and related operational documents
• Establish timelines, analytic processes, and recurring event requirements for DX/DR during training and real-world events
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to measure watch stander proficiency, combat system accuracy, radar performance, and doctrine alignment

Pay

$135,000 - $155,000 annually
