1741 - Technical Program Analyst

Sigma Defense is seeking a Technical Program Analyst to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD, to support the Block 2 Tactical Relay Program Manager with program management activities. This position will support and advise the government Program Managers (PMs) and will assist in accelerating the development, prototyping, testing, integration, and fielding of advanced tactical communication. Requires a strong foundation in networking, SATCOM and tactical communications with the ability to communicate complicated topics to many levels of leadership and engage with multi disciplinary teams supporting the full scope of the Tactical Relay program. Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive): Directly support the Block 2 Tactical Relay Program Manager with implementation of Government-directed initiatives and activities affecting the execution/accomplishment of program infrastructure and systemsResolve issues that may arise among team members and strategic issues that may need the attention of senior managers. Show support to the program and the mandated team, expressed through action. Report to other stakeholders and confirm the successful completion of given programs. Work closely with the communication and management team to increase program awareness among the different stakeholdersFacilitate tasking and submission of reports, updates, and status of all program activitiesCoordinate between Government Lead and vendor team to provide oversight and management facilitating implementation of the program infrastructure and systems Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 annually.
