1719 - Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a contingent position pending award of contract. The selected candidate will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years progressive experience in quality assurance/control within the DoW environment
• Experience in DOW/Army Vehicle Integration work is preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a Quality Assurance related field of study
• 2 year technical school and certification in area of expertise will be considered in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of finished products
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
• Serve as a technical liaison between quality control and other departments
• Coordinate testing with Test Engineers
• Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory requirements
• Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols

Pay

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
