About the role
Sigma Defense is seeking a Drafting Engineer II, III to support PMW160 and NIWC Pacific for U.S. Navy Enterprise networks.
Responsibilities
- System Rack Design
- Technical Data Packages
- Installation Requirement Drawings
- Environmental Qualification Testing
- Troubleshooting
- Lifecycle Engineering Support for Navy IT Networks and Systems
- Work closely with Navy stakeholders and partner teams to ensure applications and services are documented and integrated effectively
Requirements
- Drafting Engineer II: 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study; 7 years of experience and an Associate's degree in a technical field of study or High School Diploma; 10 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study.
- Experiencing with designing rack elevation drawings, technical drawing packages, and installation requirements drawings
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Drafting Engineer III: 7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study; 11 years of experience and an Associate's degree in a technical field of study or High School Diploma; 14 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study.
- Expertise with designing rack elevation drawings, technical drawing packages, and installation requirements drawings
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Qualifications
- Computer Software/Programs: AutoCAD
