Sigma Defense is seeking a Management Analyst to support the U.S. Army's Network Modernization & Mission Network Technical Service Support (NetMod) program. NetMod provides product technical support services for systems and equipment produced, fielded, modified, or supported by PdM Network Modernization (NetMod) and PdM Mission Network within the Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network (TN) under the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T). This support may also extend to future systems and equipment acquired to maintain the Army's technological advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion
- Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and personnel management
- Ensure project results meet established requirements for technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
- Support the administrative and business operations of the project
- Gather and analyze data about organizational operations to identify areas for improvement
- Apply acquired skills to perform routine tasks and complete assigned work with limited autonomy, following clearly defined procedures
- Maintain ongoing coordination with colleagues across the organization to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of resources, planning, and execution
- Conduct research and compile data from multiple sources to understand existing operations and identify problem areas
- Analyze data to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement
- Interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions
- Present findings effectively through excellent written and verbal communication
- Analyze and generate monthly reports for task orders requiring financial metrics and other government reporting and deliverable contract requirements
- Develop procedures and training materials on concepts and guidelines
- Analyze operations within specific functional areas such as finance, operations, or human resources
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant management experience as an analyst
- 5+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) contracting experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher (a clearance will not be sponsored)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software (MS Office Suite required)
- Experience with tactical systems
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- Strong ability to accurately communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations
