PM Line Cook Position required Friday and Saturday nights. Guaranteed average pay starts at $16-$18 per hour. Family meal included every shift. Opportunity for advancement.

About the Role

We are Gwendolyn LLC, operating two popular restaurants in San Antonio: Kimura Ramen and Il Forno Pizzeria. We are currently expanding and seeking individuals for various positions including entry-level and experienced staff. We accommodate flexible schedules for students and parents. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and guidelines
• Handle customer orders and provide excellent service
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position preferred
