Requirements / Qualifications MUST BE COMPLETED WITH TULARE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION OR VUSD: Fingerprint Clearance The Following Must Be Attached To Application Must possess a valid California Teaching Credential in Multiple Subject, Single Subject, and/or Education Specialist Instruction Credential. Bilingual Spanish preferred.Credential Copy (Valid/Current Teaching Credential)TB Screening Result (Within the past 4 years) Comments And Other Information October 1 – October 15 Applications are open for Guest Teachers that are fully credentialed only (Multiple Subject, Single Subject, Education Specialist) October 16 - October 20 Applications will be reviewed and screened. October 21 - October 23 Selected Candidates will participate in brief interviews as part of the selection process. October 26 - November 6 Recommended candidates will begin the onboarding and clearance process, including submission of required documents. November 9 - November 20 Candidates will complete district clearance requirements to become eligible for substitute assignments. Orientation Information Cleared candidates will receive additional information regarding orientation sessions and next steps. We recruit on an as needed basis.
