About the role

Clark Personnel is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Care Access Representative to join a growing and dynamic Urology clinic. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a busy medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Greet patients and visitors upon arrival.
• Check patients in and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Assist patients with forms, questions, and appointment-related inquiries.
• Collect and document patient information as needed.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform additional administrative and front office duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with office software.
• Experience with medical scheduling or electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
