Caregiver/Home Care Aide (Flexible Schedule) - $18+/hr. Tri-Cities
About the role
Home Instead is hiring caring, dependable people to help seniors and Veterans remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes throughout the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities. No caregiving experience? No problem. We provide paid training and help you become a Washington State licensed Home Care Aide (HCA) if needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement
- Help with light housekeeping and household routines
- Aid with errands, appointments, shopping, and transportation
- Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes
