Local Contract RN - Extended Care - $53-57 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a local contract nursing job in Miles City, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of required clinical rotations.
• Passing scores on relevant state board exams.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems used in healthcare settings.
