#136008 - Product Designer - Authentication & Account Security

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Product Designer to create and ship authentication, account-management, and account-security experiences across web and mobile surfaces. This role owns small-to-mid scoped initiatives from problem framing and exploration through validation, engineering-ready specifications, implementation quality assurance, and launch, while partnering with senior designers on larger efforts. Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for defined authentication and account-management initiatives.
• Frame problems, explore concepts, iterate with partners, and deliver engineering-ready specifications.
• Audit and map current sign-up, sign-in, routing, account, and security-settings experiences.
• Identify inconsistencies and seams across related identity and account flows.
• Design complex, multi-path experiences that respond to user and account conditions.
• Produce rapid MVP explorations for experimental work.
• Deliver responsive web and mobile-web designs with complete empty, loading, error, edge-case, and recovery states.
• Create redlines, interaction details, and clear implementation documentation for engineering.
• Conduct lightweight usability validation and draft interface copy for content review.
