Responsibilities
- Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys and campaigns based on strategic business requirements.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to build, refine, and validate audience segments using real-time behavioral signals and profile attributes within customer experience platforms.
- Partner with lifecycle marketers, data scientists, and channel leads to activate journey logic and improve targeting effectiveness, directly contributing to enhanced customer engagement.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance across journey and campaign components, including events, wait steps, personalization rules, and cross-channel triggers, ensuring flawless execution.
- Monitor journey performance, proactively resolve execution issues, and partner with analytics to refine logic and improve outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customer journey optimization and experience platform capabilities, supporting upskilling efforts across the team and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement in journey orchestration, shaping the future of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or 3-5 years of direct experience within a marketing campaign delivery team.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign execution.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring journeys and campaigns in marketing automation, customer experience, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization strategies.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across technical and business teams.
- Comfortable working in agile, pod-based, or cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in customer experience or journey optimization platforms.
- Familiarity with real-time customer data platforms, data schemas, or event tagging.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
- Exposure to JSON, event payloads, or API-driven personalization.
- Experience with responsive email design and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of Next Best Action personalization logic frameworks.
