Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain close coordination with the Lead Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT).
- Provide continuous, accurate status of assigned rotor-wing aircraft.
- Perform inspection, maintenance, modification, and repair of Bristow rotor-wing aircraft.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities for GoA 135 aircraft.
- Communicate directly with pilots and operational crews to ensure accurate status exchange.
- Maintain the field base environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Manage parts, materials, and inventory.
- Complete and maintain all required aircraft records and maintenance documentation.
- Inspect and verify all incoming parts and consumables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ turbine rotorcraft experience.
Qualifications
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment and objectivity in decision-making.
- Thorough knowledge of the General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, and other pertinent information.
- Extensive knowledge of all aircraft mechanical systems functions and interactions.
Skills
- Proficient in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair.
