Responsibilities

• Installation, calibration, repair, and removal of breath alcohol ignition interlock devices in accordance with state program rules.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Facilitate on-site training of customers with the activation and operation of an ignition interlock device.
• Install Intoxalock interlock devices into customer vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose reports of malfunctioning devices.
• Report any suspicion of equipment tampering or attempts to bypass.
• Follow all Intoxalock-specified procedures, including connecting all state-specified components.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with 12-volt systems, reading schematics, and troubleshooting installations.
• Installation and servicing of stereo, alarm, remote start, or similar systems are preferred.
• High-quality installation experience and intermediate knowledge of automotive wiring.
• Experience with problem-solving and resolving conflict.

Pay

Wage range is $18.63-$24.04 per hour + $2500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.
