Responsibilities

  • Install, recalibrate, and remove Intoxalock interlock devices in customer vehicles.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to installation or wiring of Intoxalock equipment.
  • Provide activation instructions and training to customers.
  • Perform installation, calibration, repair, and removal of breath alcohol ignition interlock devices in accordance with state program rules.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Facilitate on‑site training of customers on activation and operation of an ignition interlock device.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose reports of malfunctioning devices.
  • Report any suspicion of equipment tampering or attempts to bypass.
  • Follow all Intoxalock‑specified procedures, including connection of all state‑specified components.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with 12‑volt systems, reading schematics, and troubleshooting installations.
  • Experience installing and servicing car stereo, alarm, remote start, or similar systems is preferred.
  • High‑quality installation experience with intermediate knowledge of automotive wiring.
  • Experience with problem solving and conflict resolution.

Pay

Wage range: $18.63–$24.04 per hour, plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and 401(k) eligibility.

Schedule

Hours: 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday.
