12 Month Bookstore Site Supervisor 1.0 FTE

Department: District Office/High School as assigned Reports to: Campus Bookstore Supervisor Term: 12 Month position Full time: 40 hours per week Position Summary: Under the general direction of the District Bookstore Operations Manager, supervises the day-to-day operations at an assigned campus. Assignments for this position will change regularly to ensure proper internal controls. Plans, organizes, and coordinates workflow to maintain consistent levels of service to internal and external clients. Ensures and is accountable for the smooth operation of the assigned campus store. Keeps accurate records for planning, accountability, and records retention purposes, ensuring a sufficient inventory of textbooks along with laptops, and providing efficient and knowledgeable customer service. Supervises Summer Bookstore Workers. Training And Experience High School Diploma Several years of bookkeeping experience and dealing with the public preferred.
