The Schedule
- We are currently hiring for 12-hour daily shifts (3-4 days a week).
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide Personalized Daily Support
- Create Sensory-Friendly Environments
- Behavioral & Emotional Support
- Meal Preparation & Nutrition
- Light Housekeeping & Organization
- Community & Companionship
- Driving the residents in a company-provided vehicle to community events and doctor's appointments
- Health Advocacy
What We’re Looking For:
- Heart for Service: Compassionate, respectful, and ethical.
- Experience: Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA residential experience is a plus.
- Skills: Basic cooking and housekeeping knowledge.
- Essentials: Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred (but we can help you get it!).
Compensation
$16.00 per hour
