12 Hour Day Shift Hourly Associate

About the role

Kreate is a family-owned plastic injection molding company based in Findlay, Ohio, with operations across five states. We specialize in creating consumer goods for major retailers, aiming to enhance everyday experiences through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by means of visual inspections to ensure they are defect free
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standards
• Inspect and pack product in accordance with the standard
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in an orderly condition
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Communicate with previous shifts to receive important job information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues
• Complete other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate required
• Able to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment, including long periods of standing
• Must have the ability to perform basic math skills
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Must be able to multi-task
• Able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis
• Able to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay

The starting pay is $20/hr with a pay increase every 6 months. The pay range for this role is $20 - $20 USD per hour (Texas).

Schedule

This is a permanent 1st shift role; there is not an opportunity to move to a different shift. You must be willing to work 7am - 7pm on the 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off).
