12 Hour Night Shift Hourly Associate

Kreate is a family-owned plastic injection molding company based in Findlay, Ohio, with operations across five states. Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspections to ensure they are defect free
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standards
• Inspect and pack product according to the standard
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in order
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Communicate with previous shifts to receive important job information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED certificate required
• Able to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment, including long periods of standing
• Must have the ability to perform basic math skills
• Attention to detail is essential
• Able to multi-task
• Able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis
• Able to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Able to read and write in English

Pay

The starting pay is $20/hr with a pay increase every six months. The pay range for this role is $20 - $20 USD per hour (Texas).

Schedule

This is a permanent 3rd shift role; there is no opportunity to move to a different shift. Shifts are 7pm - 7am, with every other weekend off.
