12-Hour Day Shift Operator

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by means of visual inspections to ensure they are defect free
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standard
• Inspect and pack product in accordance to the standard
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping it in orderly condition
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues
• Complete other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate required
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast‑paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing
• Ability to perform basic math skills
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willing to work overtime as needed

Pay

Starting pay is $20/hr with a pay increase every 6 months. The pay range for this role is $20‑$20 per hour.

Schedule

Must be willing to work 7 am – 7 pm on the 2‑2‑3 schedule (every other weekend off). This is a permanent 1st‑shift role; there is no opportunity to move to a different shift.
