Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats hospice patients in a Home Setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Holding your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist

Schedule
- Part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis
- Flexible Schedule: PRN therapists have the freedom to choose when they work
- No Long-Term Contracts: PRN work can vary from just a few patient assignments to several, depending on the demand in your area
- Weekend and Holiday Shifts: PRN therapists may be called upon to cover weekend shifts or holidays, along with regular weekday shifts
