Travel Inpatient Physical Therapist position at Clark Fork Valley Hospital in Plains, Montana. The role involves a mix of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services, providing a broad hospital‑based caseload and the opportunity to work with different diagnoses and levels of acuity. Responsibilities

• PT evaluations and reassessments
• Development and progression of individualized plans of care
• Inpatient mobility and functional training
• Gait, balance and transfer training
• Therapeutic exercise and strengthening
• Outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Post‑operative rehabilitation
• Assistive device assessment and training
• Patient and caregiver education
• Collaboration with physicians, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Discharge planning for inpatient patients
• Documentation of patient progress and outcomes
