Requirements

• Current resume
• Active or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for PT
• Two current leadership references and one current co‑worker reference
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
• At least two years of recent PT experience
• Active license in hand

Pay
