1099 Contractor - Plumber

About the role

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced residential plumbing technicians to join their contractor network. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, steady work opportunities, and fast payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential plumbing service requests within assigned coverage areas
• Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
• Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when necessary
• Maintain communication and provide progress updates through the mobile portal
• Complete work orders according to company and client expectations

Requirements

• Must work as an independent 1099 contractor
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• Paid for and owned plumbing tools
• Dependable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
• Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving work orders
• Comfortable using an online portal for communication, updates, and photo uploads
• Valid driver's license required
• Must currently reside and operate within the United States

Disqualifiers

• No active insurance coverage
• Inability to complete onboarding requirements
• Poor communication or unreliable transportation
• Lack of plumbing tools required for service work

Compensation
