1099 Contractor - Plumber

About the role

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced residential plumbing professionals to join their contractor network for ongoing maintenance and service work orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential plumbing service requests in assigned areas
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
• Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when needed
• Maintain communication and job progress updates through the mobile portal
• Complete work orders according to company and client expectations

Requirements

• Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
• Must complete a brief onboarding and portal walkthrough prior to receiving assignments
• Comfortable using an online portal system for updates, photos, and communication
• Must currently reside and work within the United States

Disqualifiers

• No active insurance coverage
• Inability to complete onboarding requirements
• Lack of communication or unreliable transportation
• No trade tools available for service work

Compensation
