1099 Contractor - Plumber

About the role

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced residential plumbing technicians to join our contractor network. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, steady work opportunities, and fast payment processing.

Requirements

• Must work as an independent 1099 contractor
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• PREFERRED: 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Must own plumbing tools and dependable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
• Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving work orders
• Comfortable using an online portal for communication, updates, and photo uploads
• Valid driver's license required
• Must currently reside and operate within the United States
• Disqualifiers: No active insurance coverage, inability to complete onboarding requirements, poor communication or unreliable transportation, lack of plumbing tools required for service work

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to residential plumbing service requests within assigned coverage areas
• Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
• Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when necessary
• Maintain communication and provide progress updates through the mobile portal
• Complete work orders according to company and client expectations
• Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance
