Job Summary

The successful candidate will serve as a Foreman for a solar project located in Pilgrim, KY. Key responsibilities include managing a team of workers, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and addressing any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
• Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and direction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary.

Management Responsibilities

As a Foreman, you will also be responsible for:

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 52 pounds.

Certifications

• OSHA 30 Certification.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

The work environment includes typical construction site conditions, which may involve:

• Lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, moving in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas.

• Climbing and maintaining balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
• Working up to a 12-hour shift.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot above 90°F, cold below 32°F), inclement weather, bright or inadequate lighting, and hazardous equipment.
• Working around high places.
