Job Summary
The successful candidate will serve as a Foreman for a solar project located in Pilgrim, KY. Key responsibilities include managing a team of workers, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and addressing any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
- Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and direction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
Management Responsibilities
As a Foreman, you will also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing training programs for new hires.

- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Foreman or similar role.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 52 pounds.
Certifications
- OSHA 30 Certification.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
The work environment includes typical construction site conditions, which may involve:
- Lifting and carrying heavy items.
- Standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, moving in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas.
- Full range of motion and flexibility.
- Repetitive movement.
- Climbing and maintaining balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
- Working up to a 12-hour shift.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot above 90°F, cold below 32°F), inclement weather, bright or inadequate lighting, and hazardous equipment.
