10222 Assistant Store Manager
About the role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all areas, including brand, people, and operations, while also taking full responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and plan associate activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met and resolve customer issues.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Recruit and manage associates, addressing their strengths and opportunities. Maintain positive relations and ensure compliance with policies.
Operations: Manage store processes, utilize digital strategies, and ensure accurate inventory and payroll. Follow safety and loss prevention protocols.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
