10222 Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all areas, including brand, people, and operations, while also taking full responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Brands: Supervise and plan associate activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met and resolve customer issues.

• People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Recruit and manage associates, addressing their strengths and opportunities. Maintain positive relations and ensure compliance with policies.

• Operations: Manage store processes, utilize digital strategies, and ensure accurate inventory and payroll. Follow safety and loss prevention protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years old

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience

• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience

• Ability to lead or support a team

• Effective communication skills

• Scheduling availability

• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
