Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics
• Leads by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
• Maintains sales floor activity, coaches associates, and handles customer concerns promptly
• Provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster team growth and engagement
• Schedules staff to ensure proper coverage
• Oversees daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and compliance with company policies & procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet store goals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, Google Drive, and Apple products
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with technology and multiple devices

Pay

This position begins at $22-$28/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Irvine, CA location. This role is also eligible for uncapped commission.

Schedule

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
