10200 Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and maintain the store’s appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented, dynamic store environment.
• Drive customer experience by ensuring high-quality service and solutions.
• Oversee store operations, including sales, budgeting, expense control, and inventory management.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing Company policies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals or fumes.
