About the role

This position oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment for various projects across Florida and Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment
• Supervision of day-to-day activities and project progress
• Excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers
• Identification and resolution of project issues and risks
• Understanding of current and future business goals
• Implementation and maintenance of processes to support task completion

Requirements

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
• Absolutely authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of telecommunications construction
• Familiarity with excavation equipment, utility lines, and poles
• Ability to use digger derrick and trenching equipment
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems
