100% Remote Associate Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Associate Attorney to join our team on a full-time, 100% remote basis. The candidate will provide high-quality legal services to clients in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth through challenging cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in commercial litigation and insurance litigation.
• Handle and litigate complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
• Stay informed about current legislation and regulations affecting clients.
• Maintain client relationships, communicate legal options, and answer case-related questions.
• Handle construction defect cases, depending on experience and interest.

Requirements

• Must be barred in Arizona, Utah, or New Mexico (residency in the state is not required).
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney.
• Proven experience in legal advice, depositions, and commercial litigation.
• Experience handling complex bodily/personal injury, insurance defense, and wrongful death cases.
• Familiarity with construction defect cases is a plus.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.

Pay

$125,000 - $165,000 per year
