Associate Attorney - Fully Remote!

Firm based in West Los Angeles seeking a fully remote Associate Attorney for its Probate Litigation practice. California Bar license required.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with a litigation background who are looking to broaden their practice area into Probate Litigation. The firm provides hands-on training, mentorship, and support from an established team. Probate experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle probate litigation matters with guidance and mentorship from the team
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Work in a technology-driven, paperless environment
• Meet billable hour requirements (1,500 - 1,750 hours annually)

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills (writing sample required)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in Probate Litigation
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, tech-forward environment

Pay

Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 DOE
