About the role
DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This 1-Year Member Support Representative position assists participants by phone and in person with questions and transactions related to health and financial benefits. The role offers the opportunity to develop comprehensive knowledge of benefits, supporting professional growth and advancement within the team.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing eligible team members flexibility to work remotely. Associates must be onsite at the Salt Lake City office at minimum once a week, plus an additional one to two days per month or as needed for customer support, meetings, and events. New associates participate in a comprehensive six-week training program led by experienced trainers, beginning with at least two weeks on-site. Time off is not permitted during training.
Responsibilities
- Assist participants with questions and transactions via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process transactions related to health and financial benefits.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in essential operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a professional office or business environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service call center or phone-based support role.
- Familiarity with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) processes and regulations.
