About This Role

Fayette Early Learning Academy in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a qualified 1-2 Year old teacher to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2) in a center-based environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.

What You'll Do

• Establish a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that promotes children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our young students.
• Manage the daily routine, including meal times, rest periods, and play activities, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by maintaining close supervision and adhering to all state licensing regulations.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, keeping them informed about their child's progress and daily experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that reflects our commitment to quality care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of care and adhere to our center's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• CPR/ FIRST AID training (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass background check and meet state childcare requirements
• Previous experience working with kids
