Responsibilities

Create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence.

Help guide children through small group instruction, assisting them in growing their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.

Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.

Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.

Qualifications

Bring the passion to build genuine relationships with each child.

Have a strong foundation in early learning and development, including language and literacy, science, and life skills.

Be prepared to work with a co-teacher to effectively implement the Balanced Learning® curriculum.

Compensation

$13.50 - $15.50 per hour
