About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide 1:1 care to local pediatric and adult clients in Dushore and surrounding towns. We offer flexible scheduling, exceptional training, and a supportive management team.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Adhere to medical plans and protocols
- Document care provided accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-CPA certification (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Experience in home health care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
