1:1 LPN, Flexible Scheduling

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide 1:1 care to pediatric and adult clients in Danville and surrounding towns. We offer flexible scheduling, exceptional training, and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care to clients in their homes
• Adhere to medical protocols and ensure client safety
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in ongoing education and skill development

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• MAR-CPA certification (if applicable)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for home care and a commitment to client satisfaction

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Schedule

Shifts available include morning, evening, and overnight positions, as well as PRN, part-time, and full-time options.
