1:1 LPN, Flexible Scheduling
About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide 1:1 care to local pediatric and adult clients. Opportunities are available full-time, part-time, and per diem in Middleburg and surrounding towns.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, individualized care to clients in their homes
- Adhere to medical plans and treatment protocols
- Document client progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
- Participate in ongoing education and skill development
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-CPA certification (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for providing quality care in a home setting
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Schedule
Opportunities available for various shifts including 8’s, 10’s, and 12’s, as well as PRN, part-time, and full-time positions. No weekend or minimum requirements apply.
