1:1 LPN, Flexible Scheduling

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide 1:1 care to pediatric and adult clients in Williamsport. We offer flexible scheduling, exceptional training, and a supportive management team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care to clients in their homes
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• MAR-CPA certification (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Flexibility in scheduling
