Responsibilities
- Install ceramic and porcelain tile
- Install natural stone including marble, travertine, and slate
- Install luxury vinyl plank and tile (LVP and LVT)
- Install laminate and engineered hardwood flooring
- Complete backsplashes and custom tile work
- Handle flooring layouts, including large‑format materials and detailed patterns
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing a wide range of hard surface flooring, including tile, vinyl, laminate, and wood‑based products
- Ability to manage and lead your own crew on residential projects
- Strong attention to detail, especially with layout, cuts, leveling, transitions, and finish work
- Commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid workers compensation and general liability insurance
- Reliable transportation, preferably a truck or van
- Own tools and equipment for hard surface flooring installation
