Flooring Installer - 1099 Subcontractor

You’ll enjoy the freedom of being your own boss while we provide the projects, schedule the installs, and handle the logistics. Focus on quality installation and managing your crew — we’ll take care of the rest.

Responsibilities

• Install flooring based on your area(s) of expertise: hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), tile, carpet, kitchen backsplash, etc. (you don’t need to install every type.)
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and manage your crew
• Communicate effectively with our office and clients as needed
• Follow site safety and specifications
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in your flooring specialty
• Ability to pass a background check
• Workers’ comp and general liability insurance
• Reliable transportation (enclosed truck or van preferred)
• Your own tools and equipment
• Ability to manage a crew and complete projects on time
