About the role

VTrips, a leading name in vacation rentals, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team.

This position is essential for ensuring properties remain in excellent condition, providing an outstanding experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all property equipment and systems
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and safety regulations
• Document all work performed and communicate with other departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in common tools and equipment used in maintenance
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills
