0957 - Carpenter - Journeyman
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- About the role: could be the "Job Summary" and maybe "Why Black & Veatch?"? The "Why Black & Veatch?" is more about company culture. Could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should create sections only if we have content.
We have Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities (list). Also Management Responsibilities (maybe part of responsibilities). We'll combine.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (experience, tools, age, etc). Also maybe Certifications? Could be Qualifications.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (NCCER certs). Also Certifications list maybe same.
Skills: maybe "Competencies" includes skills like math, communication, etc. Also "Add, subtract..." etc.
Benefits: The benefits paragraph after "Our comprehensive benefits portfolio..." includes health care, flexible schedules, paid vacation, 401k, etc. So we have Benefits.
Pay: There's "Salary Plan CAR: Carpentry Job Grade 200". Also compensation range: "In accordance with local law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: - Nearest Major Market: San Antonio Job Segment: Construction, Electrical, Engineer, Engineering". No actual numbers given. So we have no specific pay figure; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It mentions Salary Plan and Job Grade but no numeric. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Since we don't have actual pay numbers, we should omit Pay section.
Schedule: Not mentioned besides full-time. No schedule details. So omit Schedule.
We need to include Benefits section because we have details.
We need to include About the role: we have Job Summary and Why Black & Veatch? Could combine.
We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. We must not drop any substantive info. So we need to include all bullet points from Key Responsibilities, Management Responsibilities, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Certifications, Work Environment/Physical Demands, Competencies, Benefits.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, accommodation request, etc. Remove those.
We also need to remove duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll structure:
About the role
Job Summary: Plan, lay-out and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts for installation of concrete structures in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards.

But we need to ensure we don't repeat content. The "Why Black & Veatch?" is separate but okay. Then Responsibilities:Responsibilities

for section headings, not nested. Could use
for prose and
- for lists. We could have a Qualifications section with two sub-sections using
headings? Not allowed. Better to split: Minimum Qualifications under Requirements? Actually we have Requirements heading. So we can put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements. Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Certifications maybe also under Qualifications (but duplicate). We'll put Certifications under Qualifications as well but avoid duplicate. Thus:
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience working as a carpenter or similar craft or a combination of working experience and training, and a strong working knowledge of the erection of all types of concrete structures. Must have working knowledge of auto-level and transit for accurate lay-out and verification of finished grades, fabrication and erection of forms with thorough knowledge of steel framed forms (i.e. Symons); fabrication and placement of rebar including proper tying techniques; and placing, finishing and sealing concrete. In addition, must have all necessary tools (see Industrial Carpenter tool list). Must be at least 18 years of age. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: NCCER Concrete Finishing, NCCER Carpenter, NCCER Reinforcing Ironwork, NCCER Rigger, NCCER Scaffolding.
Certifications: NCCER Concrete Finishing, NCCER Carpenter, NCCER Reinforcing Ironwork, NCCER Rigger, NCCER Scaffolding.
But that duplicates same list; maybe we can combine: "Preferred Qualifications and Certifications: NCCER Concrete Finishing, NCCER Carpenter, NCCER Reinforcing Ironwork, NCCER Rigger, NCCER Scaffolding." That preserves info without duplication. However we must not summarize away detail? Combining is okay as it's not inventing; it's just merging identical lists. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we can combine. Thus Qualifications section:Preferred Qualifications and Certifications: NCCER Concrete Finishing, NCCER Carpenter, NCCER Reinforcing Ironwork, NCCER Rigger, NCCER Scaffolding.
Now Skills: we have Competencies section includes things like "Add, subtract..." etc. Also maybe "Use effective verbal and written communication skills". We
