About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, achieving sales targets, ensuring safety and security, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and achieve sales targets
• Oversee all store activities to maintain budget and control expenses
• Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets
• Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance
• Train and develop store personnel and customers

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for hair and beauty

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Exposure to fumes and odors upon occasion
