About the role

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will assist with various beauty products including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and will be responsible for setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers
• Recommend additional and complimentary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Ability to read and explain product labels
• Ability to follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
