Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Strong instructional design skills
• Ability to deliver training programs effectively
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands

• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Use of computer and other office equipment

Typical Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in training or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Typical Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced degree preferred
